General useful tips for tenants.

1. Automatic closing of central gate. The door is opened by pressing firmly on the remote middle button. Immediately opens so you can enter the property. Closes in 1 minute only tis.To same and when you want to exit. Open and exit. Behind the door closes by itself. Going home with your car you can park in the open space in front of the house.

2. The entry key must remain outside the door, as long as you set in the garden.

3. The screens on windows and balcony doors have them always lowered, to avoid insects entering the house.

4. When you leave the house to lock the front door and windows are always closed. If you preferred the shutters open, they must always be mounted with special brackets. As you can blow air and break them.

5. The two large umbrellas of the balconies have a specific string to be tied when open. Otherwise they may break. When you leave home, or evening preferably be closed.

6. The cushions garden when the weather is wet, it is better to gather in the covered barbeque.

7. The barbeque is always available to cook! But always when finished to extinguish the fire!

8. The foods should not stay out in the evening, up on tables because animals come. (Cats e.t.c )

9. The garbage should be stored in black bags. And not remain outside in the garden in the evening!

10.They washing machine is exclusively for clothes tenants or try to wash bed linen and  towels home! The detergent is better to be wet and enters into the drum.

11. The dishwasher use tablets ferry. It is compatible with water quality! Caution when placed glasses with leg. It is sensitive!

21. Please, don't place the dishes with food scraps in the dishwasher machine.
